Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Team.

Job Summary: The Order Fulfillment Specialist processes and manages customer orders from receipt to delivery. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders received through various channels (phone, email, e-commerce) promptly and accurately.
  • Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Handle any order discrepancies, returns, or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accuracy for all orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any customer inquiries or special requests.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field a plus.
  • Proven experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using order management systems and Microsoft Office a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in the sales field or warehousing is a plus.
